Uterine fibroids are benign tumours, found in the smooth muscle of the uterus. They can be classified according to their location and size👇

🌷Myometrial: In the uterine muscle wall

🌷Submucosal: Just under the uterine lining 

🌷Pedunculated: On a stalk, inside or outside the uterus 

🌷Subserosal: just outside the interior lining
